Michael, the Company Founder and Director, has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. Over this time he has built a fantastic power team across all trades and has well established relationships with local and national suppliers.
Traditional and Modern Methods of Construction
In addition to traditional methods of construction, we have an enviable history of builds using modern methods of construction, an eco-friendly approach to construction. As well as serving the planet's needs this approach is very favourable to local planning departments.
Project Management Approach
We use a project management approach to all of our schemes ensuring all houses are build on time, on budget and to our high standards. Angela, a Director, has 15 years’ experience of project management and ensures due diligence on each project, from land surveying to exit strategies.
Safety First
We never compromise on safety and we take our responsibility on-site seriously, ensuring all of our clients, investors and contractors are safe on-site. Michael, a Director, is the CSCS Health and Safety Officer and is also Site Management Safety Training Scheme qualified.

The landowner can have as little or as much involvement in a project as they desire and we even offer a ‘earn and learn’ opportunity where landowners can be involved in all stages of the project and attend regular site visits.
We can offer opportunities for financial investors to achieve a fixed rate return, with interest rates significantly higher than the bank and inflation.
